Our programs help women gain the skills and confidence needed to rebuild their lives and contribute positively to society. We’re proud to report a 96% employment rate within 38 days of release and an average salary increase of 98%, demonstrating significant professional growth and financial stability.
Supporting Families
Our programs enable participants to reunite with their families and provide stable, supportive home environments. Over 65% of participants are mothers, meaning the ripple effect has positively impacted 788 children, including 7% who regained custody of their children, restoring family bonds and stability.
Strengthening Communities
Our programs contribute to lower recidivism rates and reduce societal costs associated with incarceration, boasting a 0% recidivism rate among graduates. Nearly half of our participants have remained with the same employer for one year, and 18% advanced in their roles, indicating long-term stability and community integration.
Fostering Economic Stability
Our programs ensure well-paid employment, averaging $38,367 with 96% employment rates upon release. Achieving milestones like improved credit scores (30%), debt repayment (14%), and home ownership (1%) fosters lasting economic independence and community growth.

A donation of $1,000 enables ten women to receive thirty days of personal essentials and transportation vouchers upon release from prison.
Bronze
A donation of $5,000 provides three graduates with one year of PATHS 2 Success post-release support services, including mentorship, monthly workshops, and career placement assistance.
Silver
A donation of $10,000 enables eight women to complete our PATHS Reentry class, which includes the curriculum, program materials, and workplace readiness services.
Gold
A donation of $25,000 enables six women to participate in our Career PATHS program, where they earn transferable college credits and industry-recognized credentials in customer service, inside sales, or computer technician roles.
Platinum
A donation of $50,000 funds a complete cycle of the PATHS program for seven women. This includes PATHS Reentry, Career PATHS, and PATHS 2 Success classes and certifications.
Sapphire
A donation of $100,000 sponsors an entire cohort of fifteen women, covering all elements of the PATHS programs. This includes PATHS Reentry, Career PATHS, and PATHS 2 Success classes and certifications.
