As the economy continues to recover, employers are struggling to find enough workers to meet growing demands. Removing barriers for formerly incarcerated people is a “win win.” Meaningful commitments to #diversity, #equity and #inclusion are existential, creating opportunities for returning citizens can provide a critical source of talent diversity.
